Diamond H Rodeo
Turnout & Refund Policy — entries through diamondhrodeo.com
No refunds except for a notified vet out (barrels only) or a notified medical out. All other turnouts are considered paid turnouts; entry fees will be added to the event payout. Notify Alyssa Hebdon via text at (435) 764-0064 BEFORE the rodeo performance starts for a vet or medical out. Weather-related turnouts are considered paid turnouts unless the event is officially canceled. Untimely notification of a vet out (barrels only) or medical out after the performance starts means the turnout is considered paid and no refund will be issued.
Team Roping Turnout Policy
If a team roping partner turns out for reasons other than a medical issue, it is considered a paid turnout and their entry fees will be added to the pot. The substitute partner must pay a separate entry fee to compete.
